FIP

FIP Radio, a French station with very little talking.

FIP is what you leave on when your slightly-older (and/or slightly-richer, or slightly more-traveled, or slightly better-published) friends are bringing over some good wine, wine you yourself wouldn't know to pick. It's good for Sunday mornings when you want to see where the day takes you, or Friday evenings when you can't make any more decisions. Things will almost start to feel almost a little too twee-cafe and then they'll play James Brown followed by Kraftwerk followed by a song your parents used to play. It's good shit.
